Surname, presumably, comes from the type of a big hunting falcon - the saker falcon (Falco cherrug). This species breeds from eastern Europe.
In Ukrainian name for this species of falcons sounds like "balaban". "off" - it is just ending that denotes (in Ukrainian) belonging to the genus.
Also it was a name for people who were engaged in breeding and training of these falcons.

That's why the logo is a bird.

I bought the Horween Leather Card Holder and the leather Airpods 2 case (and received this free leather keyring). I absolutely love these items. The quality of the leather and the stitching on both are absolutely top-notch. I am all about slim wallets, and this one is extremely slim/compact and feels premium and smooth, yet thick (a lot of slim wallets feel kind of cheap/flimsy. I've scoured the internet, and this is the nicest leather AirPods case I've ever seen. I was thrilled to add these items to my cart, when I noticed that the shipping was estimated to take 1-2 months. I then saw that the seller is in Ukraine. It is an honor to support an entrepreneur that has to endure a war right now. I will enjoy these immaculate products for years!
