While the town sleeps below this lovely owl begins its night, flying silently above the world.

I love the idea of being able to fly above the night time world with all the little lights glowing below and the silent flight of an owl makes it all the more magical.

This is an original lino print printed from my own lino block in a limited edition of only 50, each numbered and signed and printed onto Somerset Satin Paper. The image size is 9 cm high by 9cm wide, with the paper much bigger.

The listing is for an unframed lino print, which will arrive backed with card and wrapped in cellophane, ready to give to an owl loving friend or to pop into a frame for yourself.

Perfect. It was fast and the package was very well protected. This is for a gift. The owl is flying over houses. He is the silent master of the night. This scene is at the same time calm and frightening, because of the contrast between the houses which are going to fall asleep and the great beginning of the owl's life. Beautiful !

Delightful print with quirky owl in flight. Very pleased with this and have added to my 'Homage to inspirational Lino-printers' collection I have in my studio. In time I will frame it and place in a nice visible position in my home.
