Fortunately, this happens very rarely. Please understand that I am not responsible for a package once it leaves my hands. Please be sure your delivery address is correct and that your post box is secure before ordering. If tracking shows that it has been delivered but your package is missing, please check with others in your household, your neighbors, your postal deliverer and your management office if in an apartment before contacting me. I will accept returns and exchanges of unused items only. I do not accept returns on custom products. Customer is responsible for return shipping to me. If a product purchased is defective, you do not need to return it but a photo is required illustrating the defect. I will gladly replace a defective item with an identical one at my cost.

Due to the pandemic situation, delivery times have become very unpredictable. Post offices and postal sorting facilities are understaffed during a time of increased volume. There are fewer outgoing commercial flights that normally would carry mail. Your package will have a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. Most mail is arriving in a timely manner but delays should be expected. All stock product orders are shipped within 2 business days by Blossom Stamps but the time they take to arrive is entirely out of my control. As a small business, I can not offer refunds for lost mail or delayed mail.

With proper care, your stamp will last for thousands of impressions!
1. Make several test prints before using on the final project. **An ink pad with a firm inking surface, such as Ranger Archival or Versafine is recommended for highly detailed or small stamps.** Pat ink pad down onto upturned surface of large stamps.
2. To clean, use a general purpose stamp cleaner such as Ranger Archival Ink Cleaner or Ranger Clear Stamp cleaner. Do not soak or scrub stamps. WARNING: Solvent based cleaners and inks such as Staz-On brand, should be avoided! Solvents will damage polymer stamps degrading the polymer.
3. Please store out of direct light. Don’t allow stamp to be compressed under heavy objects. May contain small parts and glass. Not child safe

Perfect high quality meal card stamps! I’m so impressed with these they are beautiful. She even custom made a nut-free stamp to make sure it was the same size as my other stamps. I got an ink pad sent with them which was very convenient to assure that the stamps went onto the cards correctly and didn’t smudge. I would absolutely order again from her in a heartbeat!
