I placed my order almost two weeks ago, 11/23, and it has yet to ship. I contacted the shop after a week and they told me it would ship that same day and I would have it by Friday, 12/4. They have still yet to ship it. I am awaiting a response now in regard to a refund. I would not recommend a purchase from this shop as they do not uphold their shipping guidelines per their shop policies nor do they further adhere to their promises made to paying customers when an issue arises. Poor customer service and a complete disregard for business values.
