Orders over $100 are shipped with additional insurance against loss or damage. Orders under $100 will ship with insurance if the buyer requests and purchases the fee. Insured lost or undelivered packages will be replaced with a new shipment of goods, refunds will not be issued. We are not responsible for any package that was marked delivered by USPS or any shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to USPS declared unknown addresses.

At this time orders are not eligible for refunds/exchanges (applies to all items). Chains are cut/made to order and for this reason are not eligible for return/exchange. Earring items & components are not eligible for return/exchange for sanitary regulations. We recommend purchasing small quantities to test before placing purchases in bulk. We may accept a return for store credit on a limited basis and this decision is within our discretion. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees (return & new shipments) as well as a restocking fee of $5.00 or 5% (whichever is greater). In addition, all orders that received free shipping will incur the original shipping fee paid by seller or $5.00 fee, whichever greater to cover lost expenses.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. The buyer may request an address modification only before the shipping label has been processed/purchased. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct names, address and delivery information. Any packages which are marked non deliverable, not able to forward, no forwarding address, address unknown, etc or are returned to sender will be available to the buyer once they have been returned to seller at which time the buyer is responsible for purchasing a new shipment fee and providing a new address. These cases will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
