Most orders will ship within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Each listing has the estimated production time noted under the item description. We will always meet these times, but strive to make and ship your order as efficiently as possible. Please feel free to contact me for order status any time.

Gold Filled metal differs from gold plated metal. Gold Filled is composed of a solid layer of gold that is heat / pressure bonded to itself around a core of base metal (usually brass). This layer is 100% thicker than gold plating (usually a thin microfilm of gold at best) and is tarnish resistant for this reason as well as higher in value than plated metals or sterling silver. It wears like solid gold and will last years if cared for properly. Gold Filled metal is also allergy safe for most.

We also ship a sweet little 'care card' with each order, so you know just how to care for your jewelry. If you need little zip lock bags for storage, we have them and try to reduce waste by sharing them. Leave me a note at checkout if you want some shipped with your order.

Each order ships out in a gift box, ready to give.

~ Orders for multiple items will come in 1 gift box by default, to reduce waste. If you want items packaged in separate gift boxes, leave us a note during checkout or via convo and we'll prep your pretties to individually give.

~ During the Christmas/Holiday season, we package every item in its own gift box, to save you some time and hassle. Each box will have a discreet mark on the packing list next to the line item that matches the same mark on the bottom of the gift box so you know what's inside.

~ Orders for multiples of the same items are packaged in individual gift boxes always.

Our jewelry does not contain nickel. All items are made with precious metals (Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Fill, 14k Rose Gold Fill) that are tested and certified to be free of nickel and lead.

A few designs may include a charm that is made of high quality gold vermeil or plating. This is noted in every single listing, so you know what you're getting. These few components are also lead and nickel free.

Feel free to ask questions about materials! We want you to feel as confident as we do of the quality of materials we use.

This occurs with USPS from time to time with several reasons as the possible culprit. Most often your mail courier scanned the package for delivery but forgot to leave it in the mailbox or on your porch. If this is the case the package will likely turn up in a few days.

Please be sure to check any spaces on / around your porch and check with neighbors across from and adjacent to your home as packages are sometimes delivered there by accident.

You may also need to visit the post office your mail is delivered from with ID & tracking # in hand. Sometimes packages are misplaced and can be found waiting at the post office.

Etsy auto-confirms the estimated shipping date of your order based on our production times. For example, if our production time is 1-2 weeks, the estimated shipping date will automatically show as the very last day of that time frame. This is something we do not control.

As each item is hand made to order by me (Rachel), in my Portland, OR studio, production times vary based on order volume. Orders will ship within the production window shown, but not necessarily on the very last day of that window.
