All our leather products are carefully handmade or hand finished, from natural materials one piece at a time. Because of this, there may be slight variations in the products. The product you receive may not be exactly identical to the one pictured. These small natural imperfections, which may be slight color, or shape give handcrafted items their innate soulful character and appeal. Our products are crafted by highly skilled artisans who take pride in producing superior quality items. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy each leather product as much as we enjoyed making it for you. Please contact us with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.

What are the shipping costs (we pay) from Greece?

🛩️REGISTERED AIRMAIL 🛩️ • Flat Sandals: €15.00 • Platform Sandals: €20.00 • Bags (backpacks, messenger/camera bags, women bags): €30.00 • Travel Bags: €45.00 * The shipping costs are based on package WEIGHT and they proportionally increase for multiple products.

Wrong or Invalid Address / Unclaimed Items

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide us the right address where the parcel will be shipped. At that case normally parcels will be marked as unclaimed and will return to us. If an item is unclaimed and returned to us buyer pays the shipping cost for the parcel to be resent again. If this item is made to order or a custom order we cannot refund you in that case.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

If you have any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 4 working days of receiving your package. • You can return the product within 14 days since the day you received it and get an exchange or a fixed price discount for your next order. In these cases, and if the item is in the same new condition, you will be charged BOTH the shipping costs (to Greece and back to you), unless an error was made by us or the product is faulty/damaged upon delivery. • In case of return a Free Shipping item for a refund, you will be charged BOTH the shipping costs (to you and back to Greece). We OFFER free shipping but we pay for it. • Possible taxes and fees are not responsible by us.

Keep in mind that the color of the natural leather will get darker through time and use due to the aging of the vegetable tanned leather. It is absolutely natural. • IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Keep in mind that the manufacturers use different shoe lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly. So, the best way to guarantee that you are going to order the correct size for you is to measure your foot and leave the length as a message to the “note to seller”' with the exact size of your feet.

• HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT (without any special equipment):
Please follow this procedure to help us in order to select the correct size for you. Place your foot firmly on top of the piece of paper. Your leg should be bent slightly and your shin should be in front of your ankle. You can stand, sit on a chair or crouch down. Trace the outline of your foot with a pen and remember to measure your foot without shoes, but with socks similar to the ones you'll be wearing with the shoes you are buying (for sandals without socks!). Measure diagonally from the heel to the big toe and leave it as message to the “note to seller” with your order.
