Earring items & components are not eligible for return/exchange for sanitary regulations. We recommend purchasing small quantities to test before placing purchases in bulk. We may accept a return for store credit on a limited basis and this decision is within our discretion. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees (return & new shipments) as well as a restocking fee of $5.00 or 5% (whichever is greater). In addition, all orders that received free shipping will incur the original shipping fee paid by seller or $5.00 fee, whichever greater to cover lost expenses.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. The buyer may request an address modification only before the shipping label has been processed/purchased.
