At this time orders are not eligible for refunds/exchanges (applies to all items). Chains are cut/made to order and for this reason are not eligible for return/exchange. Earring items & components are not eligible for return/exchange for sanitary regulations. We recommend purchasing small quantities to test before placing purchases in bulk. We may accept a return for store credit on a limited basis and this decision is within our discretion. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees (return & new shipments) as well as a restocking fee of $5.00 or 5% (whichever is greater).
