COVID 19 UPDATE -

Shipping update - in normal times before covid shipping to the USA and other far away places was taking from 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday) unfortunately due to covid shipping is taking up to 14 working days. Please be aware of this when purchasing.


Please make sure your address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details and no refunds will be given.

All items will be posted second class post via royal mail in a board backed envelope that says do not bend. Items will be posted on the day of purchase where possible. If not it will be the next day. .

I use second Class postage which can take up to 2-4 working days to arrive, but in some cases can be delayed due to issues beyond our control particularly during peak times.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been dispatched?

No. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Shipping upgrades for UK are £2.95 for 1st class recorded which requires a signature. Next day shipping is £7.00 during the week but if you require something on a Saturday it's £11.00. This is the only guaranteed next day service.

International shipping. Please note I am based in the UK, international shopping can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. International items are sent standard airmail. Royal mail say allow 1-3 weeks for delivery but do not class items as lost until 4 weeks. Please take this into account if ordering for a specific date . If you would like it sent tracked, please email me and I will get a price for you.

ALL TAXES, DUTY, CUSTOMS OR OTHER IMPORT FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

IF THE CARD IS FOR A SPECIAL DATE, BIRTHDAY OR HOLIDAY PLEASE ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME FOR SHIPPING.

For UK/EU sales: Under the EU Consumer Directive, the buyer has 14 days to notify me that they wish to return an item for any reason and obtain a full refund. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer; the item must be sent back to me within 14 days of notification. Refunds will be issued once the item is received. I recommend that you send the item back Recorded as if the item is lost, I can't refund you. In this instance you would be able to claim with Royal Mail for the item price.
