We do understand that International parcels may take longer to be returned via the mail, and we will make allowances for that. International customers who wish to return items must contact Blissful Silks within 3 days of receipt to authorize a return. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the purchase to the seller.

In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for refund. Due to the nature of the items sold by Blissful Silks, the smell of cigarette smoke cannot be removed from the product and the returned items have to be discarded.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if the returned items show signs of use. Shipping costs, packaging materials, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items returned without authorization must be in resellable condition, in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense. IF the items are accepted for return, a 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. A refund will only be issued after I've received the returned items. We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF PARCELS/RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED ON ORDERS PLACED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE WE RECEIVE THE UNAUTHORIZED RETURN.
