GLAZING:
Following the bisque firing, the intricate glazing process commences. A blend of ground glass, clays, coloring materials, and water is skillfully applied to the bisque pot using techniques like dipping, pouring, spraying, brushing, or a combination of these. The footring of each piece remains free of glaze, and the pot is placed on a bisque-fired 'cookie' made from stoneware clay. Now, the pot is poised for the glaze firing, bringing it one step closer to its final form.
