Your new jewelry is very delicate and made of glass. Please take care when wearing not to bang it against any surface or expose it to excessive force. The glass may shatter, chip, or scratch!

They are not totally water resistant, please avoid wearing when showering or swimming.

To clean fingerprints or other dirt simply wipe gently with an eyeglass cleaning cloth, or a soft cloth lightly moistened with glass cleaner - avoiding the metal parts with chemicals.

If you experience any issues with the chain on your necklace, or earring hook, let me know and I will be happy to help you out.

Your item will come nicely presented in a white gift box tied with ribbon. I will include a hand-stamped, handwritten card with your personalized message that you've written on the order.

All stones, flowers, mosses, and pearls are natural, genuine materials. Most are hand collected by me, but some are purchased.

Metal components (earring hooks/posts, chain, etc.) are coated alloys and may not be suitable for those with certain sensitivities, such as copper or nickel.

The flowers and mosses are dried and naturally preserved. They will not wilt or decay, though colors may fade over time.

Crystal terrarium arrangements are secured to the base of the pendant and will not move freely.

Necklaces come 18 inches long by default. If you would like a custom length, simply include your request in the note on the order. You may request up to 26 inches in length.
