For over a year I've been working on a successful chalk paint powder formula to mix with paint and use on the fabulous vintage furniture finds! Goes on thick and smooth...NO SANDING necessary! With chalk paint, there is no prep needed except for cleaning your furniture from dust and any debris. It adheres like plaster and coats very well. After painting use a sealant...whether it's a wax finish or polycrylic finish, your painted piece will be transformed into something wonderfully new.
Easy step by step directions are included. Just mix 4 Tablespoons of powder with 2 Tablespoons of water then add to 2 cups of paint. Choose your own color! Mix until smooth and let the mixture sit for 1 hour to thicken. For best results you will want to use a Flat or Eggshell finish paint. I recommend using paints that have a primer and paint in one. This powder is non-toxic!
