Custom and personalized orders

Please feel free to contact us if you cannot find the size and/or color you are looking for in our shop. We will also gladly work with you to design any custom order.

To make sure you order is the right size, you can refer to the last picture on any of our listings for more details. Sizes refer to the bracelet's inner circumference as opposed to the wrist's measurement. For example: Wrist measurement: 7 inches + .5 inch for comfort, you would order a size 7.5 inches.

- Avoid any contact with water. - Protect it from prolonged exposure to intense light and heat. - Keep your jewelry in a box or a pouch, away from dust and light.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our jewelry comes in a nice gift box or a velvet pouch, ready to give as a gift. When more than one item is ordered, all items will be sent in the same box. Please let us know if you require individual boxes.

Incorrect information

The acuracy of the address is under the responsability of the buyer. In case of a return, additional fees may apply.

Upon reception of your order, if the size is not suitable, you may return the item and we will adjust it for you. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. If you wish to return a product, it must be sent back in its original packaging within 14 days of reception and have never been worn.
