Are full rolls of ribbon available?

We may have full rolls available. Please email us for information. Full rolls are not guaranteed to be continuous.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

We make every effort to double check each order and check off each item as it is packaged, however, we are human. In the event we have sent an incorrect item, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are custom cut. Custom embossed bags are NOT refundable. ALL RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

How many yards of ribbon do I need for a wreath bow?

For those looking to create bows for wreaths, we recommend a minimum of 3 yards.

We DO NOT accept drop shipped orders. If we suspect an order is being drop shipped we will cancel the order.

these are super cute! Just make sure you pick the right size. I must have not payed attention to the sizing and I got the small ones and could not use them to put the cookies I wanted inside. But they are beautiful.
