I only execute orders that are based on my design. I can change things that are related to the definite model I have created. I can tighten, shorten, reduce or extend something of your choice. In connection with this, you can contact me with a message. I will immediately react, we will create for you the perfect model.

What about shipping to the USA – will I pay extra customs fees?

No. All shipments to the USA are sent with paid customs duties and taxes (DDP). You will not pay anything extra upon delivery.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

Shipping Policy We ship worldwide from Europe. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Europe: 5–7 business days USA & Canada: 7–14 business days (with paid customs duties and taxes – DDP, so no extra fees upon delivery) UK: 7–12 business days Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days Everywhere else: 10–20 business days Customs & Duties: For shipments to the USA, all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid – you will not be charged extra upon delivery. For other international destinations, buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
