Yoshi-Inspired Amigurumi Written Pattern

The finished item (if made using similar yarn and hook sizes) is approx 2.5 inches tall

Skill level: Advanced Beginner/intermediate
Language: English

To complete this pattern some of the things you will need include:
- DK yarn in 4 colours
- White worsted weight yarn
- 2.00mm hook
- Felt (black and white)
- glue gun

NOTE: If all your yarn is the same weight then you will need a second hook that is one size bigger for the white pieces to keep the item in proportion

Techniques (in U.S. terms) you will need to know include:
- Chain
- Slip Stitch
- Single crochet
- Double crochet
- Treble Crochet
- increase
- invisible decrease
- invisible fasten off
- Back loop only
- Front loop only
- Seemless join (Planet June's technique)

You will also need to know how to MAGIC RING and crochet OVAL shapes around a FOUNDATION CHAIN

Great pattern. I used size between size 4.5-5 hook with posh yarn and juicy couture velvet. Did white .5 larger than the rest as per instructions. My kids wanted every color! Sewed my eyes with ch.5, sc in 2nd ch. Ch.3, sc in 2nd ch, sc, slst into next st on original ch. Sc in next stitch, ch. 3, sc in 2nd ch, sc, sl st to original ch. Sl st to f/o.
