- What type of wood do you use? We use White Pine and Aspen. Both harvested here in Northern Michigan using sustainable forestry practices.

How long does it take to get my frame?

All frames are custom-made and currently have a three-week turnaround time. Please allow additional time for your items to arrive. During periods of high shipping volume, delays may occur that are beyond our control.

What size frame do I need?

All our frames are measured by the back opening dimensions. For example, if you have an 8x10 image you need an 8x10 frame.

Custom and personalized orders

- Do you offer custom-sized frames/mats? Yes, if you cannot ﬁnd a frame in our shop to ﬁt your image, please feel free to contact us with the details.

Why don't all your frames include glass?

For larger frames, glass that size would be too heavy and fragile to ship. - Where should I buy glass? Any local hardware or lumber store should carry glass. They have sheets of glass and can cut it in a few minutes. Home Depot or Lowe's should also carry glass.

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we do not offer our frames at wholesales prices.

Is there any type of ﬁnish on the frame?

Our natural Pine or Aspen frames are available with either a clear finish or unfinished. If you intend to paint or stain your frame, please select the unfinished option. Keep in mind that untreated wood, especially Pine, will darken over time. Our Farmhouse and Rustic painted style frames are sealed with a clear satin topcoat to protect them and keep them looking beautiful for years to come.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the order amount. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must receive prior approval before being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or broken. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalized orders - Products with altered and/or non-standard measurements

MPORTANT: We ship to your address that is listed on Etsy at the time of check out. If the wrong address is listed please contact us IMMEDIATELY! We are not responsible for packages lost due to the wrong address given. Our frames are securely packaged and shipped using USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, we have no control of the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you package was lost in transit and never delivered contact us and we can send a replacement after we open a claim with the carrier. Once the package says delivered there is noting on our end we can do.
