I ordered an invitation with a photo by mistake and they didn't refund the difference. They also were slow with a response back while discussing our transaction. I was however very happy with the quality of the product.

Oh my, sorry for the misunderstanding! We appreciate the feedback however I am a little surprised to only receive 3 stars for this transaction. There is actually no price difference for photo or non photo. We had to redo the invitation due to customer's mistake at time of purchase which is what cause an added delay... also we didn't charge anything extra for this as you will find many other shops will.
