All orders are shipped via Evri (UK only) or Royal Mail
UK: All orders are shipped free of charge delivery times take between 3-5 working days
International: Orders are shipped as standard, prices as shown, delivery times take between 5-12 working days

We cannot guarantee delivery dates (as much as we would like to!) as once it is in the care of Evri, or Royal Mail, it is subject to their delivery times, which may vary due to location, weather and peak times.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of item, if you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size, or to simply return the item please keep tags attached. Postage and packaging will not be refunded, buyer pays for return postage.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered (it happens!) please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, on reciept of evidence (photograph or return of item)
