It's a real leap of faith when committing to an online purchase for a custom item such as this, but Darcy truly is in every way a pro. She knows her stuff, is experienced, and does exactly what she says she'll do. She is very responsive, answers every question, and provides excellent guidance and advice. The mattresses I ordered are beautifully and precisely made. They are an exact fit for the space, and I do mean exact, just as she said they would be. There was no "let them relax and they'll probably be pretty close" guesswork. The fit is perfect. Darcy did a fantastic job of fabric pattern repeat matching, as well. All of her stitching and tufting is straight, tight, and strong. The mattresses are exactly what I was hoping for and are super comfortable. I highly recommend Darcy!
