What is the difference between one bead and three bead styles?

One bead bracelets are best used for focusing on one symptom at a time i.e. anxiety or hot flashes. Three bead bracelets are designed to manage multiple symptoms at one time i.e. anxiety, hot flashes, and emotional well being.

Our bands are made with genuine Velcro brand fasteners. We use Hook/Loop closures on all adjustable bands. If the Hook is not sticking well you can easily clean the debris out with a dry toothbrush or small comb. If the Loop end seems fuzzy you can press the fuzz down by rolling your finger over it to press back down or you can trim the fuzz off. If the Hook comes loose from the banding material you can hot iron it; Put iron on hottest setting, place cloth between the iron and the band, iron for 60 seconds, press hook piece on hard after removing the heat, let cool and then wear. Our bands can last a very long time with a little maintenance and care.

What is the difference between the pairs and single bands?

Bracelets sold as pairs are best used for nausea, motion sickness, morning sickness, vertigo. Wearing one band on each wrist prior/during these symptoms works effectively using points P6 or H7. Single bands are best for anxiety, insomnia, tension headaches, hot flashes and more and can be worn on either wrist using any of the pressure points per symptoms.

VERY IMPORTANT All bands for nausea must be measured two fingers up from the wrist crease snug at acupoint p6. All single bands measure snug at wrist crease. Adjustable 3 bead bands add 1/2 inch to size.
