• Stamps are personalized with your own text in the exact style as shown. Text sizes will be adjusted larger or smaller depending on the number of characters you enter. ’Street’, ‘Avenue’ etc may be abbreviated or spelled out for a better design fit.

• Complete design changes are considered a custom order and may carry an additional design fee.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
- We refund 50% of the purchase price + shipping after design proofs are sent since the custom design is part of the price.
- You cannot cancel/make changes and no refunds are given after you approve the design. We work very quickly after approval
- contact us within 30 days if there is a problem with your order. We cannot provide replacements after 30 days.
- PLEASE check your emails and Etsy Convo for the design proof. If we don't receive a response your order will be produced as is, and there will be a 1-2 week delay.
No changes or refunds will be given once we have created your stamp due to lack of communication on your end.
Etsy requires us to meet the stated deadlines so we have to send the stamp in time

- Combined shipping for more than 1 order purchased at the same time is available for a small additional fee. Please note that combined shipping is for ONE shipping address only. If you purchase more than 1 product at the same time with combined shipping and would like those to be shipped to different addresses then this will incur an additional shipping fee based on the shipping address.
- Orders ship out the next business day if you approve the design before 5pm PST

Once the tracking ID indicates that an order was delivered, we can not remake/reship the item free of charge. The package can most often be found on the side of the house, dropped off at the neighbors, or it is available for pick up at the post office if nobody was around to receive the package. In the rare circumstance that it is missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
