NO RETURN POLICY.
We ship from Mexico and our shipping provider is DHL. We dont profit from the shipping cost. Since we cant use regular postal service (because Mexican postal service is not reliable), we chose DHL as our provider.
Once the item is shipped, we send the tracking number through Etsy so you can keep track of your package. Shipping is really fast (2-3 business days), so its important that you are available at the provided address.

DHL delivers packages throughout the day. We dont have control of the schedule of the delivery agents and it's the customers responsibility to receive the item at the provided address, as DHL requires a signature for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING in order to be delivered. DHL makes 3 attempts to deliver, in 3 different days, in case they dont find anyone at the provided address. Then, they will take it to a DHL local facility so the customer can claim the package.

If the package by that time wasnt claimed by the customer, DHL returns the package to customs where they hold it in an "abandonment section" and the package will be considered lost because retrieving can generate another shipping cost and WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES.
