Necklace which is made shorter than 16 inches and longer than 18 inches is custom made for you and I don't accept return for it.

Bracelet which is made different than 7 inches is custom made and I don't accept return for it .

Anklet which is made different than 9 inches is custom made and I don't accept return for it .

Length exchange policy: these items can only be sent back to remade in different length for a fees, $7.00 per necklace and 5$ per bracelet/ anklet plus shipping cost to send back to you.

Item which has plated part is not to wear in the shower, in exercise or to sleep with as sweats can cause them to get tarnish easily. Also avoid to contact with chemicals like shampoo, perfume, lotion.

Recommend to clean jewelry after each use with a dry clean cloth to prevent tarnishing process and keep it in an airtight ziplock when not in use.

Please note these are just tips to slower the tarnishing process as plating jewelry will tarnish eventually to show the base metal color.

For sterling silver :
+ Keep jewelry in an air-tight ziplock when not used. Recommend to wear them everyday and in the shower. Clean it using a jewelry polishing cloth if need it.

Necklace which made shorter than 16 inches and bracelet which made different than 7 inches , if buyer want to exchange for different length , there will be a fees , $7 per necklace/ anklet and 5$ per bracelet. Buyer can also buy an extender later .

The anklet is beautiful!! The seller was very quick to respond to my question, and I appreciated their willingness to customize my order by adding a 3rd heart. When the anklet arrived, I was concerned that the hearts were only stamped on one side with the initial, but the way the seller attached them, they don’t rotate, so the letter is always visible. Very responsive seller and high quality product. Thank you!!
