◆ Monday at 10:01am and Thursday at 12pm PST are shipped on Thursdays.

If you would like Lost Parcel Insurance, please select one of our shipping upgrade options from the shipping drop down menu on the cart page. (On a phone, click the three horizontal dots on the top right corner of the item in your cart to see your options.)

In order to keep our shipping fees as low as possible, our standard shipping option does not include Lost Parcel Insurance. If you select the standard option and your parcel is lost in the mail, we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

If you purchased insurance, please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you have not received your parcel. Insurance claims have a 60-day window.

Please note, customers are responsible for understanding paying all duties or import fees charged by your country.
◆ If you refuse to pay the import fees and instead send the package back as Return to Sender, we will be charged $7 fee to receive that return, which will be deducted from your refund once it arrives back.
◆ Return to sender shipments are initially sent to the NY-based shipping location of our shipping carrier -- Chit Chats. It takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months before returns are transported to our local Chit Chats for pick up. Refunds will, minus the $7 return fee, will be issued once the parcel reaches our location.
◆ For US buyers, duties and tariffs are pre-paid, and accounted for in your shipping fees. We will refund you for any overages when we ship your order.
