Are your plugs sold individually or in pairs?

Both options are available. You can select 'single' (1 plug) or 'pair' (2 plugs) next to your chosen size in the 'Dimensions' drop down menu of the item listing. (The only exceptions are dangle plugs, which are sold by the pair).

When will my order arrive? - Shipping, Delivery, USA tariffs and DDP - Delivered Duties Paid

All orders are posted within 2 business days. UK orders are sent Tracked 48 (2-3 day Royal Mail delivery aim) with optional upgrades available across most devices. USA orders are sent Tracked DDP (tariffs pre-paid with no extra fees due on delivery). Non UK and USA orders are usually sent untracked with optional tracking upgrades available across most devices. If you can't see the service you need, please use a PC or Etsy app or message me. Expedited shipping is not currently available for international (non-UK) orders, unfortunately. Please allow around 2 weeks for non-UK delivery. Thank you.

Can you make this design in a smaller size than 8mm/0g?

Some designs can be modified to fit in 6mm/2g. For aesthetic reasons, I don't offer sizes smaller than this.

Can I have personalised/custom designs made?

Absolutely! Anything from a simple colour change to a different type of tunnel or a completely original design. Hit the 'Contact' button or 'Request Custom Order' for a no-obligation discussion.

How should I care for my new jewellery?

~Store out of direct light ie wrap in polishing cloth when not in use. ~Don't expose to extremes of temperature. ~Avoid excessive water or moisture around the plug. ~Keep clean with diluted mild handwash & buff to a shine with the enclosed polishing cloth. ~Only insert your jewellery after getting yourself completely ready ie insert your plug last of all to avoid contact with solvents, perfumes, cosmetics etc. ~Avoid contact with anything sharp or abrasive that could scratch the surface of the resin.

Can you clarify your sizing/measurements system?

All listings show sizes in mm & inches. The conversions are identical to most standard body jewellery charts. I measure in mm with digital calipers & work to a very precise tolerance of 0.2mm so will discard any plugs that fall outside of these limits. The measurement is taken at the smallest outside diameter of the plug. These checks occur 3 times during the crafting process to ensure all buyers receive the correct size. A sizing sticker is included with all orders.

Can my plugs be made in single flared tunnels?

No problem! If you struggle to insert double flares, single flares are a great alternative. They are also a good option if you have thin lobes as the O ring reduces the wearable area/length of tunnel. Available for made to order designs in all sizes of 316L steel* Just type 'SF' in the note to seller box at checkout. Excludes ready to ship plugs. *(not currently available in gold or rose gold)
