Highlights
Hand-carved for the perfect shape, these beautiful wooden needles are perfect for any application! After they are carved the needles are sanded till they're super smooth, and buffed with a natural beeswax blend.
The needles can be purchased in various lengths and are on average 1/2" wide at the base and 1/4" thick. These wonderful needles are made of various types of exotic hardwoods you can choose from! Check the third picture in the listing for the examples of the different woods.
You can use our them for any number of weaving and crafting purposes including tapestry, small looms, hand weaving, nalbind, viking knitting, pick-ups and small detail work!
We now offer a Surprise Me option on many of our smaller tools. This is great if you can’t decide which beautiful wood you like best. Plus, you might even get a wood not listed, as Maggie does like to experiment with different exotic woods from time to time.
All woodworking products are hand-carved so there will be some variation in sizes and appearance.
Be sure to check our other listings, as we have many tools in all styles, along with lots of other useful and unique fiber products and offerings!

Reviews for this item
What buyers say, summarized by AI: Great quality Looks great Love it As described Easy to work Helpful seller Soft
Perfect! Well worth the wait. It's smooth and it's the length I need
I was pleased with the length of the item as well as the size of the eye. It will be used to pull drawstrings through casings.
I had purchased these hand-made tools years ago, a repeat customer. This time I purchased them for my daughter who is now weaving! The workmanship is beautiful. Right away I thought of these weaving needles when my daughter needed them. It takes some time to receive them if they need to be made, they are handmade to specification and worth the wait!
Nicely made tool I look forward to using. Thank you
