Lost or Stolen Orders

Will my candle burn like a traditional candle? Will my candle look EXACTLY like the picture?

Please realize that my candles are novelty candles and, in most cases, will never burn like a traditional jar or pillar candle. Most customers display the candle and do not burn them so please realize this before ordering so that you will not be disappointed should you try and burn. I sell wax melts using the same fragrance and wax used in your candle or you can purchase at your local store. I always try to make your order as close to the picture shown as possible, but colors may vary slightly since these candles are handmade

Custom and personalized orders

If you want a color/scent not in the dropdown box, you MUST state your choice in the notes at checkout so we know what you would like! If not indicated we will use the scent most popular for that particular candle. I start making orders right away in the order they are received so I cannot have my equipment tied up waiting on a reply.

Orders returned to me as non-deliverable

If the post office returns an order do to them being unable to deliver due to their error or a wrong address given in your order, I do not have any way to charge you to ship back so I will refund you minus my cost to ship to you and a 25% restocking charge (waived if you reorder the same item). I do not support PayPal or Venmo and Etsy does not offer any way for shops to collect extra funds

Orders can't be changed or cancelled once they are placed

USPS recommends shipping by December 17 to get your delivery by Christmas (I cannot guarantee any delivery by the post office).

I do not offer expedited shipping due to the high cost and if your order is not delivered on time, USPS may not refund the extra shipping, and I would have to pay for the refund. This has happened several times, so I no longer offer the upgrade
