The PDF file can be used for printing at home on cardstock or other heavy paper (Staples Matte Photo Supreme is my favorite), or you can save the file and have it printed by a local copy shop service such as Staples or Office Max on 8.5x11" card stock. Then, trim the thank you notes to 5x7" directly around the edges or along the crop marks. If you print with a local office supply store, they can also cut these out for you.
