No confirmation except from PayPal. It took them almost two weeks to reply to my (second) email. I was given a DPD tracking number which DPD claimed was invalid. No reply when I asked them about it. Actual color does NOT match the pictures. The pen loop was way too tight for my pen. I decided to darken the leather with some olive oil, but it didn’t work on the strap at all. The strap is obviously made from a different, cheaper kind of leather than the rest of the cover. Extremely poor communication, borderline faulty item which required some work on my part once I got it.
