First class within the US will take 4-10 business days. Most of the time it is the quicker time but sometimes if there are delays or there are holidays or busy seasons, then it can be the latter.

If requesting a customs sign, please send the wording and also the size 5x7 or 8x10. I'm unable to do anything larger than 8x10 due to printer and shipping constraint.
