Two sizes to fit bust: 34-36 and 36-38 inches.

Recommended yarn is Twilleys Lysbet which was mercerised cotton which sadly has been discontinued.
Tension is: 7 tr to 1 inch. 5 patt. rows 2 inches. (UK terminology).

You will need crochet hook: 3mm.
