My glass number magnets come in 4 sizes. (All sizes are the diameter of the glass number, not the magnet on the back.)

The size of the space should determine what size glass number magnet to order.

15mm - smaller than a dime, for spaces 2 1/2" X 2 1/2" or smaller
18mm - about the size of a dime, for spaces around 3" X 3"
20mm - about the size of a nickel, for spaces around 3 1/2" X 3 1/2"
25mm - about the size of a quarter (or 1" in diameter), for spaces 4" X 4" or larger

I respond to emails Monday - Friday, and I generally respond within a day or two.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. All original packaging must be used. If calendar is returned and not packaged properly, there will be a restocking fee. Package must be insured for product cost as well as shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

LOST PACKAGES/NON-DELIVERY
While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible

We recommend waiting a few days, checking with neighbors or apartment offices, calling your local post office, or speaking with your local mail delivery person as to its whereabouts. 99% of the time, packages marked "delivered" do show up, it may just take some asking around or waiting a few extra days!

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. If the item doesn’t require any personalization, we can accept returns, if the item is in brand new, unused condition, and still in original packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs ($25+ usually).

If your item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 30 days of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
1) Please add your phone number in the personalization box at checkout. We need it for international shipping.

2) Please be aware that there might be taxes and duties that may apply upon receipt of the order which the customer is solely responsible for.
