If you submitted an order and it has not shipped, you can send a message requesting an updated address. I will gladly edit the shipping label to ensure your order is shipped to the correct location. If an order is returned, I will reach out and ask if the address provided at checkout was incorrect. If there was an incorrect address provided and you would like the order reshipped, it would require new postage covered by the customer.

All orders are created first-in first-out. Current processing times can be found in each listing. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you have any questions about the processing time to create your order, please reach out.

1. Can I have countries instead of states?
Yes, I can connect countries. I can also connect a state to a country as well, both are common requests.

2. Can I have more than two states on the mug?
Yes, I commonly connect 3 states. It will shrink the size of each state slightly so the design fits.

If you are purchasing a custom mug and would like a proof, this request needs to be noted at checkout. Otherwise, all orders are created and shipped without a preview. If a preview is sent without a reply, or not allowing enough time for production, your order will be cancelled. If the processing time is set at 1-2 days, then a response would be required the same day, otherwise the order would not be able to ship on time. This would result in a cancelled order. I need time to make the mug, and package it for shipping. I am a human, I do not work 24 hours of the day.

The specialty fonts only recognize standard letters A-Z. Accents can be added to any language that uses A-Z. I am unable to use any other language for the specialty fonts shown. However, standard fonts do recognize multiple languages, so please reach out and I can let you know how your design it will look and what fonts are available.

I limit bulk orders to the amount shown in the listing. If you are purchasing a lot of different listings, and plan on a large bulk order, please reach out first to ensure the order can be done. The quantity varies based on what can be completed within the committed processing time listed. I commit to ship quality product on time. This limit ensures every order is delivered on time, and given the attention each order deserves.
