Very cute, was a little disappointed that the bottom underside edge of the dolls hair was not painted, but I took some close matching paint and touched it up. My daughter was so surprised and excited to have her own nurse bobblehead.

Customer service isn’t great! They send you a picture of the proof, but it hasn’t been painted yet, the proof looks ok, once you approve the face, they paint it and looks nothing like the proof or the person. So I tell them doesn’t look anything like the picture!! They argue that I had approved, but the end product looks NOTHiNG like the picture you send. Then I was called “picky” because I had asked for beige suit and they painted it yellow, and I asked for dark brown hair and they painted it black etc... The going back and forth was annoying. And because I wasn’t satisfied with the finished product they wanted me to pay more to re do the bobblehead. I was also told to shop somewhere else because I wasn’t happy. I wouldn’t waste my time with them. They need to practice more on their faces.
