HOW CAN I PERSONALISE MY ORDER?

If your order includes a free personalisation, please select the option required from the drop down menu or/and please leave your personalisation details at the checkout (“message to the seller”) Handmade Greeting Cards- FRONT: please select the verse you wish to have printed from the drop down menu. If you select "other- please supply" (means your own wording) please leave me “message to the seller” when at the checkout. Handmade Greeting Cards- INSIDE: if you want printed message please leave me “message to the seller” when at the checkout (or your card can be left blank for you own handwritten message).

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

My business hours are Monday – Friday, but in some cases I may be able to respond to Etsy emails during the weekends. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours Monday – Friday.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

I aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 3 working days (excluding weekends). I will process the orders as soon as possible- sometimes as quickly as next day, but to be on the safe side please allow 3 working days for your order to be shipped.

UK (domestic) CUSTOMERS- WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

UK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 WORKING days after dispatch (please note that this is not a guarantee just a guideline by Royal Mail).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be posted from London, UK. International deliveries are usually made within 10-14 WORKING days after dispatch (please note that this is not a guarantee just a guideline by Royal Mail) but in some cases it may take longer. Items will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail- this does not include tracking.

I PLACED MY ORDER BY MISTAKE- HOW CAN I CANCEL IT?

If you bought an item by mistake (e. g. if did not check the delivery times prior to placing your order) and if you wish to cancel your purchase please contact me immediately. Orders can only be cancelled before the work has started - usually within 12 hours of placing your order.

CAN YOU POST MY ODER DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Please let me know that you want your order to be shipped directly to the recipient ("message to the seller") as it will influence the way I will pack your order. To have your items sent directly to the recipient, please amend the delivery address (Etsy account settings).

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT MY ORDER WILL BE POSTED TO THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please double-check to verify that the shipping address provided on Etsy is correct. I'm not in the position to refund lost items due to an incorrect address on your account. If your parcel is returned to me due to this reason extra shipping charges will apply to resend the item to you.

WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME BY THE TIME I NEED IT?

If you have a particular date that you need your item for, please let me know before or at the time of booking and I will do my best to accommodate you or I will be able to advice you if your order cannot be delivered to you by the time you need it.

CAN YOU MAKE A ONE OFF CUSTOM DESIGN?

Due to the prohibitive costs involved I do not make one off designs at the present and only retail the cards shown on the website. I’m happy to try to alter and adjust every card to your needs though (e.g. different colour of the ribbon). Please email me with the link to the design you like and what you would like to change and I will see what can be done. Please note that this request must be made before placing your order and it cannot be done in a hurry as it may take a few days to agree on the design adjustments. Edit
