RETURNS:
We will replace DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY please return within 7 calendar days of receiving order.

We will replace any damaged item if you follow the instruction below:

Check package BEFORE signing, if the box looks damaged.

As consequently, to prove the item has been damaged during transit is very difficult. In such a case Insurance will not cover and we will not be able to replace for you. If your shade does have damage, please note all & contact me with all information immediately.

Returns: Accepted within a 7 day period of receiving the shipment.

Please note You will be responsible for cost of returning the package. We recommend you return package with insurance/Sign for. This insures protection against loss or damage during transit.

In the event that a package has been returned to us by Courier or Post office as they have been unable to deliver, you will be required to pay postage again.
