How do I return an item?

Please contact me within 7 days after receiving your item, for return instructions. Thank you!

Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are not refundable. The buyer is also responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If an item is returned, it will be refunded for the purchase price only.

What if my package is stolen after it's been delivered?

Insurance does not cover theft of delivered items. I do not give refunds on stolen packages.

What if my item is lost in the mail?

Items that have been sent with a tracking number included can be traced. You may trace your package online or by phone using the tracking number. If you are unable to do this, please contact me for assistance.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

Important! Please take photos of your broken/damaged item(s), your receipt, as well as the box and packing materials and contact me within 3 days of receiving your item! If the item was sent with insurance, I will submit a claim to USPS for you and you will be refunded when the insurance claim is processed.

What if I still want to cancel my order after the one hour deadline?

All orders cancelled after the one hour deadline are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding!

What if shipping takes longer than expected?

I am not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been shipped. I do not give refunds for "shipping delays".
