Absolutely! International shipping cost can get pretty expensive, but we're always willing to ship to you and will do our best to find the most cost effective shipping method for your order.

When will my order ship?

In stock items will ship by the marked ship by date which can be seen at checkout and also found on your purchase receipt. For supplies this is typically within 1-3 business days, not including weekends and federal holidays. Please be sure to check your purchase receipt as well as the shop announcement section for any exceptions to this. Personalized orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, but we ask that you allow 5-7 business days as we often receive multiple large personalized orders at once. If an item is sold out before your order is filled we will contact you ASAP with an estimated availability date for your full order to ship.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes, if you purchase an order with an item total of $35 or more the order will automatically include free shipping. Also, we offer a combined shipping discount on any multi item purchase with an item total of less than $35.

Why does my vinyl have air bubbles?

If your adhesive vinyl arrived with what appears to be bubbles please note this is NOT a damage, flaw or indication of poor quality. Because of the type/thickness of the backing and material the vinyl is made of this will happen from time to time with some of the specialty adhesive vinyls. This is called tunneling. With care and time you can work these tunnels of air out by starting from the middle and gently moving the air tunnels toward the edges or by gently lifting the vinyl from the backing and placing it back down on the backing. You need to push the air tunnels out NOT try to flatten them out. We encourage that with either method you time take and use care and work in small sections. Tunneling does not warrant a refund or exchange.

Caring for drinkware items personalized with permanent adhesive vinyl: - Hand wash only. We DO NOT advise that personalized drinkware items be washed in any dishwashers. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners or scrubber sponges. Mild dish soap and a soft sponge or rag should be used. Gently wipe over the personalized areas. Do not soak or submerge personalized portions of the drinkware in water.

Please note that you should clean the surface you are applying your vinyl to with rubbing alcohol and let the surface dry completely before applying your vinyl. Also, hand wash your tumblers, mugs, dishes after you have decorated them with vinyl. Oracal 651 is NOT oven safe. It is recommended that you allow the vinyl to "cure" for 24 hours before washing.

- To choose your colors simply click on the thumbnail image to enlarge our color cart and leave the color name in the personalization box. Please be sure that you do not request a color with an X through it on the color chart which means that color is out of stock. In some cases when we order restock Oracal brand will be on manufacturer backorder in which case we will substitute with an alternate brand which is the same cost, quality and is comparable in color and specs, so you may receive some colors that are NOT Oracal brand.

- Also, when purchasing multiple sheets of 1 color you may receive individual sheets or a continuous roll so if you have a preference which you must specify UNCUT to receive 1 continuous piece when purchasing multiples of a color, or if you would like all sheets cut into 12x12" sheets and you are ordering more than 1 of any color please specify CUT when leaving your color choices in the personalization box.
