All dimensions listed are the sheet size and not the image size.

All prints ship rolled in a heavy duty tube.

I do not stretch canvas prints or offer framing.

I use my judgment on how much border to leave around the image. This is based on the size of the print, aspect ratio of the image, material you choose, printer capabilities and trimming the print. If you have strict dimensions for your print please contact me prior to ordering.

Customs duty and taxes need to be paid on all orders. Failure to pay them will result in non-delivery of your order. These are collected by law and I do not control this.

All prints are custom made after ordered, which is why I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Final print sizes may slightly vary in size and are not exact.

All prints may have a slight variation in color when printed.

Is my package lost if the tracking doesn't show recent updates? Can you send me a replacement?

No. Please be patient. Thank you. It is normal when orders are in transit and simply moving through the postal network. I've shipped thousands of orders and this is the most common message I get. Orders very rarely get lost in transit. USPS has unfortunately slowed down in recent years. No I cannot contact USPS and make them deliver your order faster or get more recent updates on where you order is currently located either. The tracking information posted is the same for both of us.
