Name was wrong and when I contacted shop I felt like I was inconveniencing them. During the ordering process shop owner seamed annoyed over questions. Ended up taking bag to a local shop to fix mistake. Will never do business with them again. No customer service.

When customer ordered the bag she left out the font choice that was needed to complete her order. I contacted her and was very polite and professional, and said that "As stated in the listing I need the font choice for the name. You can see the choices in the last photo." She then sent a photo of a font she wanted and I responded "Ok that is Walt Disney - I do have that font so you're in luck! As stated you could see the font choices that I have available in the last photo." When she contacted me (on a Sunday) and informed me that her name was spelled wrong I immediately responded "I am very sorry, I am currently out of town for Easter if you would like to send it back I will add the extra T when I return and ship it back to you." And offered to pay for return shipping as well. I never heard back from her.
