Gift wrapping and packaging

All my jewelry are sent in a beautiful branded gift box. It is possible to purchase a gift wrap as well. The gift box is then posted in a bubble wrap-lined envelope. If you wish to send the gift directly to the recipient, I would love to add a personal note in your name. Just write your wishes in the notes to seller at checkout and I will add a note to your gift.

Please remove your jewelry before taking a bath, washing hands, exercising and swimming. Body lotion and cosmetics should not be applied while wearing your jewelry as well. Sterling silver can be cleaned with Silver Cleaner Solution or a damp cloth. Gold plated jewelry should be wiped lightly with a damp cotton cloth once in a couple months and then dried carefully. All jewelry should ideally be kept separately in a dry cool place.

Shipping and estimated time of arrival

I use priority mail service for all shipments where possible. This is an end-to-end registered mail service with online tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping time is estimated to be 10-21 business days to major International locations. Deliveries could be delayed due to reasons which are beyond my control (holidays, busy times etc.) I could not be held responsible for packages delayed or lost on their way. If you are in a rush, you could upgrade for express shipping for additional $35. Shipping time for this service is 3-5 business days. For countries where Priority doesn't apply, I use registered mail, which takes 3 to 4 weeks. In any occasion, I will do my very best to prepare and ship your order as soon as I can.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you wish to return an item, please note that according to my shop policy, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and returning the items in their original condition. 30% restocking shipping and handling fee for solid gold items, and 20% for gold plated and silver items will be deducted from the refund when items are returned by the customer or if the item is returned due to non-pick up or non-release from customs. Personalized and custom orders CANNOT be returned.

I hold customer satisfaction a high priority. If the ring size you picked was not the right one, I can resize it for you. Please note that all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. I am willing to fix the ring seize free of charge, but please take into account that you will have to pay for a new plating (in the case of a gold-plated item), as well as shipping and other expenses (like customs or tolls) if they occur. Same applies for exchanging an item in terms of shipping and other expenses.

Customs, tax and handling fees

Buyers are responsible to release packages and pay any tax, duty, customs or handling fees charged by their Country or local post services. In Europe these can reach material amounts. In addition, according to new U.S. customs rules, effective August 29th, 2025, all shipments to the US may be subject to a 15% import duty as well. If packages are not claimed and returned to me, shipping costs of the items back to me will be deducted from the refund. According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes etc.
