This little clay house is made of white clay, The hill it is standing on is made of mixed clay so it has many shades of yellow, brown, and grey. The house is painted with bright ceramic colors and some Manganese oxide for a rustic style. The left building in each miniature is decorated with a little heart which I stamped into the clay and painted. The main building has the sun shining over it, attached with a little metal wire (fired together with the clay in the kiln).

As all the houses are handmade, sculpted, and painted, colors, shapes, and sizes might differ slightly.
This would make a wonderful gift for Mom for Mother’s Day, a unique handmade gift for newlyweds, or an artsy housewarming gift.

I make custom orders occasionally. I am not able to work with other people accurate instructions. I do my artwork best just the way I do it. So, if you want to make a custom order, you are most welcome to contact me, but know that the outcome is always a surprise. I am not able to make the exact same thing twice or copy.

All my items are carefully wrapped before shipping. I do my very best to make sure you will get my items safe and sound. Nevertheless, accidents may happen. If you got a damaged item, Please let me know as soon as you get it, sent me a picture of the damage and I will do my best to replace the item with a similar one or a refund (I will find the best way to solve each case individually).

I send all my items with a gift wrap, unless if these are too big to be wrapped as one.

In the case of returned package to the sender due to unclaimed goods, I will send back the order subject to repayment of the shipping costs. As an alternative, I will be able to make a refund for the products but not for the shipping and handling costs.

In the case of returning the goods to me due to customer request for cancelling the order, Shipping the goods back will be paid by the customer. I will make a refund for the products only! NOT for my original shipping and handling costs. I will send the refund, as I will get the goods unused and in their original condition.
