Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please understand that every piece is delicately handmade to order and will take several days or even weeks to make, and therefore all sales are final. This is the buyer's full responsibility to carefully choose an item and read shop policies. We encourage you to ask us any questions before committing to buy.

We will gladly offer a *replacement* of your original purchase if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. We would have first received the returned item in order to send you the replacement, and the returned item should be in its original condition & packaging when it was shipped out to you.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and send it back within 5 calendar days without exception. We do not accept any late requests.

Production Rush Orders are available for most items in our shop for an additional rush fee. If you'd arrange a rush order, please contact us before placing your order. Please respect *artisan* and *handmade* - We don't accept any short notice left at checkout without any previous agreement.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed or returned packages if there is a discrepancy.

We really cannot control how long it will take USPS to deliver your package, so please be patient and allow some more time for it to arrive in your country.

✤✤ International buyers will be responsible for any delay due to items being held in customs. Please keep this in mind and ensure to plan ahead and order early, so it will be less stressful for both of us.

✤✤ Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer's full responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

Adding "insurance" to your package is strongly recommended.

We’re sorry that we are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen package(s). Please do not threaten us or ask for reimbursement if your package gets lost in transit or stolen by somebody.

Please kindly understand that we're not mail carriers and have no control over it once it's shipped. Please contact us for pricing if you'd want to add extra services (e.g. insurance, signature/delivery confirmation, upgraded shipping etc.) to your package.

Expedited Shipping Option is available for an additional fee charged by US Postal Service. If you need to receive your item within a certain time frame, please choose upgraded shipping from the drop-down menu at checkout.

Some items in our store can be customized in different colors/lengths (of varied materials). Please feel free to contact us with your special request before committing to purchase. Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable and are final sales.
