If for any reason you are not please contact me within 3 working days (14 days for European Union customers) after receiving the item. You'll get a refund (minus shipping, handling and restocking fees) if the item is sent back to me unused and in an original condition. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

The colors are well represented in the images, but please be aware of the limitations of digital imagery and color and that different computer monitors can display the same image in a very different way.

I ship by Priority Mail with tracking (by default) and by Registered Mail (optional) with tracking and signature. I always keep a proof of postage and I will assist in tracking your item. However, I bare no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Everything will be safely packaged in a padded envelope.
