In case of returning a ring made-to-size there will be a RE-STOCKING FEE of 20%.

In my listing I use mostly US ring size and mm measuring system.
You can send me your size by any scale and I will convert them.

PLEASE PLEASE verify your ring size before purchasing (most jewelry shops will tell you your ring size for free).

If re-sizing is required you are welcome to send the ring for resizing (in some cases some fee might be applied).

Unfortunately some rings are impossible to resize and a new ring must be made.

Customization and alteration of design as well as engraving in order to give your jewelry more uniqueness is mostly welcome!

Please notice Custom made designs or jewelry with engraving are non-refundable.

With every order you make, you will receive a polishing cloth with which to treat your jewelry over time.

At any time you desire you can send me back the jewelry for polishing, renew the finish our set new stones for only the shipping price.

I will be happy to add engraving (for a fee) to my jewelry if possible.
