Choose between a black and white line drawing or a custom watercolored print. Writing below house is shown in my standard cursive lettering, but can be typed or hand written in another style (no additional charge for this.)

Choose between different standard sizes that I ship out OR a digital download in black and white that can be scaled up to any size. These are great for large scale art pieces that you can print online at art.com or as inexpensive "engineering prints" from FedEx Kinko's.

This is customizable to any size and can also be printed up to 40x60", please email me for quotes if you would like a different size!
