This seller, Elena, is a joy to purchase from. My beautiful gloves did not get delivered properly by the USPS; she received a notice and was very concerned. It was all due to a new mail carrier on my route, but her prompt communication asking if there was a problem and how to rectify it was so sweet. Of course, the packet was waiting for me at the local post office -- and the outside of the little padded envelope had the most beautiful hand writing! I had a huge smile on my face before I even opened the package. The gloves fit to a "T" and look lovely with my Edwardian garden party dress. Just couldn't be more pleased!
